Rates depend on size/weight, ALiN box or pouch vs. your own packaging, within-province or cross-province lane, destination and cargo type. Standard boxes run 1–40 kg, pouches are sized by weight, and odd-size or irregular cargo is quoted by CBM. Ask your nearest branch for an official quotation.

Yes. The branch measures L × W × H, calculates CBM and matches your parcel to the nearest ALiN box category. If the volume falls between two sizes, the higher category applies. Cargo larger than our XL box or over 0.3 CBM is quoted using odd-size / CBM rates.

Book at any ALiN Cargo Express branch or through the ALiN Service App on web, Android and iOS. Enter sender, receiver, address and shipment details, then submit. Once accepted you get a tracking number and live updates from booking to delivery.

Transit time depends on origin, destination, route, cargo type, dispatch schedule, weather and transport availability. Same-branch deliveries are shorter; cross-province shipments may pass through a warehouse or hub first. Your branch will give you the estimated lead time when you book.
